On Friday evening, March 3rd, 2024 sixteen Bloomfield NJ Girl Scouts and a few of their leaders learned Adult and Child CPR at Safety NJ a CPR training site in Bloomfield NJ.  Safety NJ Instructors taught the American Heart Association HeartSaver CPR course.    Information learned in this class included Adult and Child CPR, Use of an AED, Choking procedures, the difference between a Heart Attack and Sudden Cardiac Arrest and more.  These middle school students were attentive, well behaved and anxious to learn.  According to Scott Larson of Safety NJ, upon the conclusion of this course these girls prepared to help save a life.  Every year teenagers are saving lives with CPR and choking procedures.  Bloomfield just added 16 more prepared to do the same.  Safety NJ provides CPR training for those in Healthcare, corporations  and to the public.  Courses offered are:
