With the extreme heat in a lot of the United States we need to be prepared and take care of our selves and those around us.  Remember ti limit exercise, stay in the shade and most important stay hydrated.  Check on your family, especially the older population to be sure they are staying cool and drinking fluids.  Make sure your children don’t overheat.  We often forget to drink fluids and this can lead to dehydration, weakness, dizziness and even death.  Dehydration can effect how well your heart works as well.  Keep in mind that extreme heat can be life threating and hydration is important.
